One Eastside, Birmingham
Gallagher unconditionally acquired the former Birmingham Metropolitan College site in Birmingham’s Eastside. Planning was secured in June 2021 for a 51-storey tower block scheme for 667 apartments and construction began in January 2023.
The project was forward sold to the Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC). The scheme is the largest build-to-rent deal in Birmingham and the second largest build-to-rent deal in the UK.
