The site is located approximately 2.5km south-east of Chippenham town centre. The site forms part of a draft allocation in the emerging Wiltshire Local Plan.
We are working collaboratively with the Local Authority and other key partners and it is envisaged that a planning application for the site will be submitted in 2025.
