Part of a mixed-use development including education, healthcare, retail and open space facilities. Once planning is achieved, infrastructure will be delivered to allow for multiple sales outlets.
The site is approximately 8km to the west of Milton Keynes city centre and, being situated between the A5 and the A422, is well-located in terms of the strategic road network.
The site is being promoted to the West Northamptonshire Strategic Plan.
